A teaching that emphasizes the blessing of Genesis which is to be fruitful and multiply, and it’s implication for the believer today – in getting men saved and discipling same. It’s a wake-up cal to the believer that the harvest is truly plenty and the believer must never be satisfied with small. He must go into all nations and bring God’s plan to bear on the earth – like the stars in the sky, and like the dust of the earth.
